Healthy Running Pot
Ingredients:
10potatoes
10 carrots
200grams of corn
200grams of white beans
2 dl of beetroot juice
preparation:
Boil the turnips until they are soft.
Use a foodmixer to blend them with the beans and corn. Add the beetjuice. Sprinkle sesameseeds on top and enjoy this healthy dish with a large glass of grapefruitjuice.
